SECTION 6: LAND USE REGULATIONS <br /> .6.1 Except as provided by law or in this By-Law in each <br /> district no building, structure, or land shall be used or <br /> occupied except for the purposes permitted -as set forth } <br /> in the accompanying Table of Use Regulations, Section <br /> 6.3. <br /> 6.2 A use listed in Section 6.3 is permitted as of right in 1 <br /> any district under which it is denoted by the letter "Y" <br /> subject to such requirements as may be specified else- <br /> where in this By-Law. If designated in the Tables by k <br /> the letters "SP" the use may be permitted as a special <br /> exception only if the Board of Appeals so determines 'I <br /> and grants a special permit therefor as provided in <br /> Section 9 subject to such restrictions as set forth else- y <br /> where in this By-Law and/or such restrictions as said k <br /> Board may establish, or if Section 9 is not applicable <br /> then such permit shall be granted if deemed by the <br /> Board of Appeals in the best interest of the community. <br /> Such permit shall set forth any restrictions the Board <br /> of Appeals deems appropriate and the granting of said <br /> permit shall be made after the Board of Appeals deter- <br /> mines it is not detrimental to the town or the area by <br /> reason of excessive traffic noise or demand on commun- <br /> ity facilities. In all cases involving a special permit a <br /> site plan showing location of buildings, drainage, and <br /> utilities shall be submitted in duplicate and the Board <br /> of Appeals shall submit one (1) copy to the Planning <br /> Board for its review and comments. The Planning <br /> Board shall submit a written report to the Board of <br /> t <br /> Appeals within thirty (30) days of the receipt of said k; <br /> site plan. Where the decision of the Board of Appeals k <br /> differs from the recommendations of the Planning ( ' d <br /> Board the reasons therefor shall be clearly stated in <br /> t <br /> writing. <br /> 6.3 Land Use Regulations: See following pages, <br /> i tl, <br /> 15 <br />
