Yy: <br /> ` SECTION 9: SPECIAL PROVISIONS <br /> 9.1 The following uses may be permitted as designated in <br /> Section 6.3, Table of Use Regulations, provided they <br /> r meet the following requirements in addition to any <br /> other requirements. <br /> 9.2 Motels. <br /> 9.21 No motel shall be constructed on a lot having less than <br /> two hundred (200) feet frontage, nor less than forty <br /> thousand (40,000) square feet of lot area. <br /> 9.22 On each lot used for motel purposes there shall be <br /> 'i provided front, rear and side yards each not less than <br /> fifty (50) feet in depth. <br /> 9.23 A space not less than twenty (20) feet shall be main- <br /> ' <br /> tained open with grass, bushes, flowers or trees all along <br /> x1 each side lot, rear lot and front lot, except for entrance <br /> and exit driveways and such open space shall not be <br /> built on, not paved, nor used for parking. <br /> f 9.24 No space within the required front yard depth shall be <br /> used for parking except as a temporary nature such <br /> as for registering. <br /> 9.25 Each motel site shall be provided with not more than <br /> two (2) motor vehicle driveways for each abutting <br /> street which shall intersect the abutting street or <br /> streets at ninety (90) degrees. <br /> r <br /> 9.26 Each rental unit shall contain not less than two hun- <br /> dred sixteen (216) square feet of habitable floor area. <br /> y 9.27 Height restrictions as set forth in Section 7 may be <br /> waived subject to Board of Appeals for motels-contain- <br /> ing 100 or more units. <br /> 9.28 Subject to Board of Appeals uses such as but not lim- <br /> ited to restaurants, convention facilities, health clubs, <br /> _ retail shops, beauty and barber shops are permitted <br /> within motels containing 100 or more units. <br /> 9.3 Garden Apartments and attached dwellings. <br /> 9.31 No building or group of buildings intended for four or <br /> more dwelling units or group of four or more attached <br /> dwelling units shall be constructed except in conform- <br /> ance with the following standards: <br /> s 26 <br /> f?r: <br /><=E <br />
