'r <br /> CHAPTER III <br /> PUBLIC HEALTH, SAFETY, WELFARE, CONVENIENCE <br /> AND GOOD ORDER <br /> Article I. GENERAL SANITARY REGULATIONS <br /> j Section 1. No person shall throw or sweep into, or place, <br /> or drop, or suffer to remain in any street, any hoops, boards, <br /> or other wood with nails projecting therefrom or nails of <br /> any kind, shavings, ashes, hair, manure, rubbish offal or <br /> filth of any kind, or an noxiou <br /> s us or refuse efuse liquid or solid <br /> Section 2. No person shall allow any sink water or other <br /> impure liquid to run from the house, barn or lot, occupied <br /> by him into any street of the town. <br /> Section 3. No person shall barter, or trade, and collect <br /> junk without a license from the Selectmen of the town. <br /> Article H. ZONING BY-LAWS <br /> A. Purpose <br /> � ii 1. The <br /> Purpose of these by-laws is to promote the <br /> health, safety, and general welfare of the inhabitants of the <br /> Town of Mashpee; to protect and conserve the value of prop- <br /> erty within the town, to increase the amenities of the town, <br /> and to secure safety from fire congestion or confusion, all <br /> in accord with the General Laws, Chapter 40A, sections one <br /> (1) to twenty-two (22) inclusive, as amended. <br /> I` B. Establishments of Districts <br /> Wfl <br /> } The Town of Mashpee is hereby divided as shown on <br /> the Map entitled "Zoning Map, Town of Mashpee, Massachu- <br /> setts", dated November 3, 1959, and filed with the Town <br /> it Clerk, as amended into the following districts: R-75 Resi- <br /> dence District, R-100 Residence District, R-150 Residence <br /> District, Business District, Marine Area District, and Indus- <br /> a !j <br /> trial District. Said map, and such amendments to it as shall <br /> a ; be duly enacted, shall be considered an integral part of this <br /> By-law. Boundaries of zoning districts shown on said map <br /> shall be assumed to be accurate. <br /> 2. Lots in Two Districts—Where a District boundary <br /> line divides any lot existing at the time s uch line is adapted, <br /> the regulations for the less restricted portion of such lot <br /> I shall extend not more than thirty feet into the more re- <br /> stricted portion, provided the lot has street frontage in the <br /> t less restricted area. <br /> C. Permitted Uses <br /> 1.
