These forms may be obtained at the <br /> Planning Board Office. The following list of forms are avail- <br /> able and are required for the action or approvals indicated. <br /> Unless otherwise stated in the rules and regulations, all forms <br /> shall be filed in triplicate. <br /> y° 1. For an applicant who wishes to file a plan but does not <br /> , <br /> c believe that said plan is a subdivision—Form A. If said <br /> plan is not a subdivision this is the only form required. <br /> i <br /> 2. For an applicant who wishes to receive a f, pproval of a <br /> subdivision plan the following forms should be filed at <br /> the time indicated in these rules and regulations: <br /> a.
