MINUTES <br /> BOARD OF REGISTRARS <br /> Mashpee Town Hall- Town Clerk's Office <br /> 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> Wednesday,January 22,2025 <br /> 5:00 P.M. —Town Clerk's Office, Mashpee Town Hall <br /> PRESENT: <br /> Ernest Virgilio, Yvonne Courtney, Deborah Kaye, Judy Mooney <br /> CALL TO ORDER: <br /> Yvonne made a motion to call the meeting to order. Ernest seconded it at 5:02pm. <br /> MINUTES <br /> Yvonne made a motion to accept. Ernest seconded the motion. Deborah votes to accept <br /> the minutes. It is unanimous vote to accept. <br /> Approval of Board of Registrars minutes from 4-8-2024 <br /> Approval of Board of Registrars minutes from 9-6-2024. <br /> Approval of Registrars recount minutes from 9-13-2024 <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> 1. Deborah makes a request to the Board of Registrars for them to approve Early <br /> Voting In-Person for the Annual Town Election on May 10, 2025. Yvonne <br /> makes a motion, Deborah seconded the motion. The option to offer Early <br /> Voting will now go before the Select Board for approval. Deborah stated that <br /> the Select Board will never reduce the voting hours. Early Voting is to be <br /> offered Monday, April 28,through Friday, May 2, 2025. Hours will be same <br /> as working hours, 8:30am—4:30pm. <br /> 2. Deborah discussed the next meeting for the Board of Registrars will be <br /> Monday, April 7, 2025 at 5:15pm. to set the Ballot for the Annual Town <br /> Election Saturday, May 10, 2025. Deborah stated that this ballot will have her <br /> name on it for a 1 year term due to her retiring on May 12, 2025. She will <br /> swear in the new Clerk and be done! <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> Nothing at this time. <br /> ADDITIONAL TOPICS <br /> (This space is reserved for topics that the Chairman did not reasonably anticipate would <br /> be discussed) <br />
