sue. <br /> SECTION 6 : <br /> T LAND USE REGULATIONS <br /> 6 . 1 Except as provided ded by l at,., or in this By-law in each <br /> district no building , structure , or land shall be <br /> used or occupied except for the purposes permitted <br /> as set forth in the accompanying Table of Use <br /> Regulations , Section 6 . :3 . <br /> 6 . 11 Prior to the au thor i z a t j _ter. _ > - a.ny new building, the <br /> Building Inspector• shall require .a performance bond <br /> of not less than $4 . 00 per foot of lot frontage <br /> against possible costs due to erosion or damage <br /> within street rights-of-way , and a bond or cash <br /> security may be required by the Building Inspector <br /> fior other construction , such bond or cash security, <br /> to be by the Town Treasurer until an occupancy <br /> permit is granted in the case :of a building or .a. <br /> release of the security is executed by the Building <br /> In-.pect_or . In the event of erasion or damage within <br /> streets r i ghats-o+-way caused by the construction , <br /> the owner of the land shall make repairs to restore <br /> the road layout not later than 10 days after being <br /> directed to do so by the Bu i 1 d i ng Inspector or the <br /> f security posted will be forfeited .and applied to <br /> the cost. of said repairs and the owner will be <br /> responsible for any cost in excess of the =.ecur i ty . <br /> The Building inspector _.hall have the right , for <br /> cause , to extend the 10 day time limit imposed <br /> hereunder for additional 10 day periods. <br /> 6 . 2 A use listed in Section 6 . 2 is permitted as of right <br /> n any dj str i ct under which it is denoted by the <br /> letter "Y" subject to such requirements as may be <br /> sp c i f i ed elsewhere in this By-Law. Absence of .any <br /> designation on the Table in Section 6 . :3 means the use <br /> listed is not permitted. If designated in the Tables <br /> by the letters " '_P" the use may be permitted as a <br /> special exception only if the Planning Board •_o <br /> determines and grants a special permit therefore as <br /> provided in Section 9 subject to Such restrictions <br /> .as set forth elsewhere in this By-Law and/or such <br /> restrictions .as said Board may establish , or if <br /> Section 9 is not applicable then such permit shall <br /> be granted if deemed by the Board of Appeals <br /> in the belt interest of the community . Such permi t . <br /> shall set forth any restr i t i ns , or requirements for. <br /> surety bending to insure :_omp l si nce , that the Board <br /> of Appeals deems appropriate and the granting of said <br /> permit shall be made after the Board of Appeals <br /> determines it is not detrimental to the Town or. <br /> the area by reason of excessive traffic noise or <br /> demand on community f ac i 1 i t i e_ .
