The applicant shall deliver these <br /> materials to the Planning Board , the Assessors, <br /> the Superintendent of 'streets , the Board of <br /> Health , the Board of Appeals , the consulting <br /> engineer to the Planning Board, and the <br /> Conservation Commission . The applicant shall <br /> obtain .and present proof ��f such deliveries <br /> (receipts) to the Planning Board. Each <br /> of these Town Organizations shall submit written <br /> comments to the Planning Board within thirty ( 30) <br /> days of the delivery of materials . The Planning . <br /> Board shall respond to the applicant within sixty <br /> (60) days of deliver.:,; of Pre-Application material <br /> with either a. favorable review , or a set of <br /> written comments recommending modification or <br /> withdrawal of the plan . <br /> 9. 38 Special Permit Application - Upon approval of <br /> the Pre-Application Plans , a developer may submit an <br /> application for a special permit for an Open Space <br /> Attached Single-Family Denelopment . The developer, <br /> shall present the following to the Planning Board <br /> in support of an application . <br /> 9. 381 Subdivision plan if required, in <br /> accordance with rules .and regulations of the <br /> subdivision control law of the Town of Mashpee ; <br /> 9 .382 General development plans shall be <br /> required in .addition to the subdivision plan <br /> for .a pro:iect including single-family housing and <br /> shall . i nc 1 ude the following documents; <br /> 9. 3821 Site plan showing topography at two <br /> (2) foot intervals , project location , building <br /> locations , roads, parking , grading, pedestrian <br /> circulation , and .any other pertinent <br /> information required by the Planning Board; <br /> 9.3822 Building plan showing floor plans and <br /> elevations of proposed and existing buildings; <br /> 9.3823 Open _.pace plan showing parks , <br /> recreation facilities , landscaping .and <br /> proposed topography , .and other pertinent <br /> information required b:: the Planning Board; <br />� - 9.3824 Landscape Plan showing details of <br /> 1WAA <br /> 1 plantings , entrance ways, signs and ether <br /> structures. <br /> I _ <br />
