The Cliain-nan called this matter to order and infonned the Board that Mr. Rowley <br /> has authorized the release of Performance Guarantee in this matter earlier today. <br /> The Chairnian recognized Mr. Alan Clapp who stated that he is one of the two, <br /> existing residents on Keelan Way, and requested release of the security deposit. <br /> After brief discussion and review of Mr. Rowley's letter dated June 3, 2009 <br /> indicating a satisfactory inspection of the property; and review of letter from Alan L <br /> Clapp dated June 2, 2009 requesting release of Performance Guarantee, the Chairman <br /> entertained a motion in this matter. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Balzanni made a Motion to release the Perforinance <br /> Guarantee for Kcclan Way, in the amount of Forty-SixThOLIsand Eight Hundred <br /> ($46,800,00) Dollars, plus any interest that may have accrued; which Motion was duly <br /> seconded by Joseph Mullin and so voted unanimously, <br /> Plarining Board Signatures: Thomas O'Hara, Dennis Balzarini, Joseph Mullin, <br /> and Mary Waygan, <br /> Discussion <br /> Proposed Mashpce Commons Development Agreement <br /> Information Needs and Process <br /> The Chairman called the Discussion Iterns to order, There was discussion <br /> regarding National Fleritage issues. The'town Planner reported Applicant has filed an <br /> initial application, but has not gone through the formal process. It was the general <br /> consensus of the Board that this is a major concern for fur herdiscussion/process; as well <br /> as a traffic study. <br /> The Town Planner stated Applicant is, waiting for the County Assembly to <br /> approve the new Cape Cod Commission Development Agreement Regulations which <br /> should be sometime this month. <br /> Regional Policy Plan Vision Map <br /> The Chairman reported that he had spoken with the Town Manager earlier today, <br /> who has indicated that she would like to schedule a Public Hearing with the Planning <br /> Board and the Board of Selectmen, fie suggested that in this event the Hearing should be <br /> well publicized so that the members of the general public are aware and well informed in <br /> this regard. He expressed concerns for mitigation issues, and other concerns <br /> encompassed in approval of said Vision Map that lie was not aware of at the time of the <br /> initial Planning Board Vote, <br /> The Town Planner explained that the boundaries on the Vision Map are exactly <br /> the same as indicated within the Comprehensive Plan, The implications of designating <br /> areas in a certain way in terms of mitigation however, are now different due to Cape Cod <br /> 2 <br />
