Post Sign to be mounted at the entrance of the building. Also <br /> a building sign 164" Wide x 26" High to be mounted above the entrance door. <br /> Mr. Connolly, Owner of Fastsigns represented the signage request for Coastal Surfaces, a <br /> flooring company that will occupy the new 9,920 sq. ft. Morton Style building located at 79 <br /> Echo Road. <br /> There are two sign requests. A sign that will be mounted onto the building above the entrance <br /> door that is made of be an aluminum pan with push through acrylic material and will be halo <br /> lit with white LEDS. The dimensions of the lettering is 157.2" W. by 18" H and will be the gray <br /> color that is noted on the rendering. <br /> The post sign that will be mounted at least 5 ft. from the front property line as noted on the <br /> original approved site plan, and is made of a composite material with the color gray. This sign <br /> will have 8 ft. posts, and cemented 2 ft. deep into the ground. The sign will be 3 ft., with 3 ft. <br /> posts above the ground. The street address will be printed on the sign as well. <br /> Mr. Furbush asked if the post sign will have lighting. Mr. Connolly was not sure, but could ask <br /> his client. <br /> Ms. Faulkner asked if the post sign will be mounted horizontally at the entrance 5 ft. from the <br /> lot line. Mr. Connolly said yes. <br />
