Motion seconded by Ms. Sprout. Motion passed by unanimous consent. <br /> Mr. Meader then pointed out that he believed their motion only covered Tier 1 and left out the other <br /> tiers. At 2:31 p.m., Mr. Lyons motioned to approve the remaining tiers as presented and as in the <br /> table above. Motion seconded by Ms. Sprout. Fee <br /> Annual Inspection (Commercial) $100.00 <br /> Other Fees and Charges <br /> Application Fee (New Service, Change of Use) $200.00 <br /> Annual Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD) Fee $1,500.00 <br /> Sewer Clean-out Fee (Facilitation Fee) $200.00 ** <br /> Service Disconnect Fee (Delinquent Bill) $100.00 <br /> Service Resumption Fee (Delinquent Bill) $100.00 <br /> Charge includes annual inspection of grease traps and commercial <br /> * inspection. <br /> ** Customers will pay the hauler directly for the cost of the service.The <br /> charge will only be assessed if the Mashpee Department of Wastewater <br /> Management is required to pay the hauler due to non-payment by the <br /> customer.The Department of Wastewater Management will then assess <br /> the haulers cost and the Sewer Clean-out Fee to the customer on their <br /> next quarterly bill. <br /> There was a brief discussion of the process for when residents are able to begin the connection process <br /> and that they will receive a packet of information with step by step instructions. Mr. Meader also stated <br /> that once the rates and fees are approved,the rate information will be posted to the Sewer Commission <br /> website. <br /> At 2:45 p.m., Mr.Towle motioned to accept the billing fees, inspection fees and other fees and <br /> charges as presented by Mr. Meader. Motion seconded by Ms.Sprout. Motion passed by unanimous <br /> consent. <br />
