<br /> To see if the Town will vote to construct and equip a new elementary
<br /> school and to accomplish said purpose, and for expenses incidental and
<br /> related thereto, the Town vote to appropriate $7,600,000, or any other
<br /> sum, and to raise such appropriation, the Treasurer, with approval of
<br /> the Board of Selectmen, be authorized to borrow at one time, or from
<br /> time to time, $71600,000 or any other sum, under and pursuant to
<br /> Chapter 44, Section 7 (3) , Chapter 645 of the Acts of 1948, or any
<br /> other enabling authority and to issue bonds or notes of the Town
<br /> therefore with said indebtedness authorization contingent upon passage
<br /> of a referendum to exclude the principal and interest on such debt
<br /> from the tax levy limitations imposed by Chapter 59, Section 21C of
<br /> Massachusetts General Laws (so-called Proposition 2 1/2) , and further,
<br /> to see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate $3801000, or any
<br /> other sum, to the Interest on Temporary Loans Account and $30,000, or
