Andrews, Chairman Joseph Gibbons, MAA <br /> John Bartos, Vice Chairman Director of Assessing <br /> Gregg Fraser, Clerk Michaela Wyman-Columbo <br /> Call to order: Paul Andrews called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m. <br /> Public comments — None <br /> Approval of minutes: <br /> Paul Andrews motioned to table the approval of the Public session minutes of April 9, 2025, <br /> John Bartos seconded the motion. <br /> Vote: Yes -3 <br /> Roll Call Vote: Gregg Fraser, yes, John Bartos, yes, Paul Andrews, yes <br /> Directors Update <br /> Mr.Gibbons informed the board that 3,294 residential exemption applications have been <br /> approved for Fiscal Year 2025 of which 782 were approved after the setting of the tax rate. <br /> The office staffing returned to the full complement of four on 4/7/2025 with the addition of <br /> the new administrative secretary, Ashley Heaton.
