Project locus is outside LSCSF <br /> • Additional information requested by the Commission on Jan. 9th has been provided, <br /> including details on site preparation, clearing, grading, construction of retaining wall, <br /> plantings, soil preparations, seeding, and agreement with NS properties. <br /> • Recommendations: <br /> o Submission of a signed 3-year contract between the property owner and a <br /> qualified horticulturalist or wetland consultant for monitoring and maintenance of <br /> all mitigation plantings. <br /> ➢ Board of Health: The project is under New Seabury Special Permit. There is no ZBA <br /> jurisdiction. The project may or may not require a building permit. <br /> Motion <br /> • Mr. Cook made a motion to close and issue with the following conditions: <br /> 1.
