This project proposes to have 86% of the lot remain <br /> naturally vegetated. Additionally, the proposal includes preservation of a 75 ft naturally <br /> vegetated buffer strip between the proposed activities and the BVW/salt marsh associated <br /> with Popponesset Creek. The proposed house foundation is outside the 150 ft setback to a <br /> coastal waterbody and within the minimal wave action zone of the coastal A zone. There <br /> is no velocity zone associated with this lot. Any waiver request is subject to the <br /> commission's discretion. <br /> • Recommendations: <br /> o Submission of a signed 3-year contract between the property owner and a <br /> qualified horticulturalist or wetland consultant for monitoring and maintenance of <br /> all mitigation plantings <br /> ➢ Board of Health: New construction must meet full compliance with BOH I/A Septic <br /> Systems Regulation—floor plans for the proposed new dwelling to be reviewed upon <br /> submission to the Building Department. The property has 97.000 sgft and can <br /> accommodate up to 9 bedrooms <br /> ➢ Building: Application filed with ZBA <br /> ➢ Wastewater: There is no planned connection to the Mashpee Sanitary Sewer Collection <br /> System <br /> Motion <br /> • Mr. Cook made a motion to close and issue with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Change driveway to pervious pavers <br /> 2. Plan revisions: <br /> a. Correct discrepancy between septic design (5 bedrooms) and house <br /> plan (6 bedrooms) <br /> b. Show the rear set of stairs <br /> c. Show a pervious surface underneath the house <br /> d. Correct the total living space to 3,917 sqft <br /> 3.
