Gregory McKelvey Jeffrey Petten ill Michael Millbury <br /> Richard Weiner <br /> Select Board Members <br /> Carol Sherman, Chair David Weeden,Vice-Chair MichaelsWyman-Colombo, Clerk <br /> John Cotton Thomas O'Hara <br /> Also in attendance were Town Moderator John Miller, Town Manager Rodney Collins, Assistant Town Manager <br /> Wayne Taylor, and Town Counsels Janelle Austin and Devan Braun. <br /> The joint meeting with the Select Board was called to order by the Finance Committee Chair, Jamie Schuh at <br /> PM. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> eview,Discussion and Possible Action on Sipecial and Annual_.TownMeeting_....e_Warrants with the Finance <br /> Committee and theTown Moderator <br /> Town Moderator John Miller inquired whether the last proposed (petition)article on the Annual Town Meeting <br /> Warrant was going to be indefinitely postponed, sine the lead petitioner had indicated it was her intention to <br /> do so, and had also indicated she would not be in attendance at Town Meeting, It was Town Counsel's opinion <br /> that, in the absence of the lead petitioner, it would fall on the Chair of the Select Board to make the motion to <br /> indefinitely postpone. <br /> There was a brief discussion about potential savings in AC costs with the proposed upgrades to the HVAC units <br /> at the MMHS, <br /> The Town Planner posed a question to Town Counsel relative to Zoning Article 24 on the Annual Town Meeting <br /> Warrant, Specifically, he inquired if the article needed a 2/3 vote to pass, and Town Counsel responded that it <br /> was not required, due to the fact that it was for the purpose of bringing our local by-law in compliance with the <br /> Affordable Homes Act, <br /> The Town Planner posed a second question to Town Counsel relative to a scrivener's error in Article 24; <br /> specifically,a pair of quotation marks that should not have been included, Town Counsel's opinion was that the <br /> correction could be made clerically by the Town Clerk, <br />
