There was discussion <br /> of the certain species of plants and benefits to screening of the building. Sharon read the <br /> Conservation Comments. Charlie wanted to know what the time-line was for the <br /> landscaping. Adam and Kailey are hoping to have plantings start in October, and finish <br /> before the winter. The Board would like a confirmed date to complete the landscaping. <br /> There were no more comments from the Board. <br /> Scott made a motion that the Board approve 31 Evergreen Circle, Owners, Cape Cod Dog <br /> Center, Inc.requests a Modification to the existing Special Permits (SP-2018-54)and(SP- <br /> 2019-50) to allow for current plantings/ landscape plan in keeping with the reduction of <br /> the building size granted by the Zoning Board of Appeals on property located in an I1 <br /> Zoning District, Map 19 Parcel 10-10,Mashpee, MA,with the following conditions; <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a <br /> Modification to the Special Permits (SP-2018-54) and (SP-2019-50) under Mass <br /> General Law 40A Section 9. <br /> 2.
