Review and Approve Minutes <br /> o April 2, 2025 <br /> ■ Mr. Livingston made the motion to approve the minutes with the <br /> revised polyliner language, which Mr. Ring seconded. <br /> ■ Vote: 2 yay—0 nay Motion passed unanimously <br /> o April 11, 2025 <br /> ■ Mr. Livingston made the motion to approve the minutes as <br /> presented, which Mr. Ring seconded. <br /> ■ Vote: 2 yay—0 nay Motion passed unanimously <br /> 2. 131 Timberlane Drive <br /> o Request to replace leaking septic tank without FA system upgrade <br /> o The property is located within 1,000 feet of Santuit Pond <br /> o Property is scheduled for the town sewer connection in the next couple <br /> years (Phase 2) <br /> o Confirmation letter from Mr. Meader, Wastewater Superintendent, that the <br /> property is in phase 2 <br /> Motion <br /> o Mr. Ring made the motion to approve the variance with stipulation that <br /> property must upgrade to I/A if sewer connection plans change, which Mr. <br /> Livingston seconded <br /> o Vote: 2 yay— 0 Nay Motion passed unanimously <br /> 1 <br />
