Mr. Meader answered that Aaron from <br /> DEP was the main person at the pump station and two (2) other people. <br /> • Pump Stations Accepted by DEP <br /> o Clearwater Test Completed in April <br /> o Team will demonstrate two (2) items on May 20, 2025, and this test will be <br /> complete. <br /> ■ Successful test is required for DEP approval to accept wastewater <br /> • Collection System Accepted by Town <br /> o RBO (Robert B. Our) requested substantial completion <br /> o Town can issue substantial completion <br /> o Large users ready to hook up <br /> o Town ready to invite customers to hook up <br /> o Wastewater should be seen at the plant by late May <br /> ■ Substantial Completion is required for Town to Activate the Collection <br /> System <br /> Chair Harris asked about the large users that are ready to hook up —whether the permits have <br /> been issued to them or is it just that the structures are there.
