Review and Approve Minutes—May 21, 2025 <br /> • Mr. Livingston made a motion to approve the minutes as presented, which Mr. <br /> Virgilio seconded <br /> • Motion passed 2 yay— 0 nay <br /> 2. 25 Wilson's Grove <br /> Overview & Variance Request <br /> • Existing home to be demolished and rebuilt on the same spot with tiny lot <br /> constraints <br /> • Similar situation to property heard a couple of weeks ago—limited placement <br /> options due to lot size <br /> • Requesting variances for property line setback, setback to crawl space, and <br /> depth to groundwater <br /> • The system is being raised approximately 0.5-0.6 feet from its current position <br /> Sledgehammer Treatment System Details <br /> • Installing a sledgehammer treatment unit with an impervious barrier around it <br /> • System designed to meet nitrogen removal requirements for the Zone 2 area <br /> • No increase in flow permitted—maintaining the existing bedroom count <br /> • High water level measured at 57 and 74—system raised slightly due to <br /> groundwater conditions <br /> 1 <br />
