The committee's composition has been expanded to include a third at- <br /> large member, enhancing its representation. The committee boasts outstanding <br /> representatives, including those focused on Santuit Pond and various professional <br /> experts in the field. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> ➢ Land Acquisition: Mark Robinson Contract <br /> o Need to gather relevant stakeholders for land project discussions, including CPC, <br /> Affordable Housing Committee, Select Board(chair), Conservation Commission <br /> (staff), and the Town Planner. Emphasis on participants involved in daily <br /> responsibilities for effective feedback <br /> o The meeting aims to clarify land acquisition processes and Mr. Robinson's role. <br /> Establishment of a transparent chain of command is necessary to prevent AD <br /> HOC Project assignments; consideration for an initial information meeting, <br /> followed by a process development meeting post-engagement of Mr. Robinson <br /> o Plan to consult with Mr. Robinson on managing similar processes in other towns <br /> and father example models. Future internal discussed planned to finalize <br /> engagement and procedural structure based on Mr. Robinson's feedback <br /> UPDATES <br /> ➢ Water Quality& Nitrogen Updates <br /> o Mashpee River Project Extension: Ms. Wyman-Colombo (Select Board Clerk) <br /> provided feedback suggesting positive reactions regarding the progress of <br /> intermunicipal agreements. <br /> ADDITIONAL TOPICS <br /> ➢ Schedule Changes <br /> o Concerns were raised about members' availability for meetings,particularly on <br /> Tuesdays, due to a recurring conflict. <br /> 4 <br />
