Emphasis on participants involved in daily <br /> responsibilities for effective feedback <br /> o The meeting aims to clarify land acquisition processes and Mr. Robinson's role. <br /> Establishment of a transparent chain of command is necessary to prevent AD <br /> HOC Project assignments; consideration for an initial information meeting, <br /> followed by a process development meeting post-engagement of Mr. Robinson <br /> o Plan to consult with Mr. Robinson on managing similar processes in other towns <br /> and father example models.
