COMMUNICATION/CORRESPONDENCE <br /> None <br /> ADDITIONAL COMMENTS <br /> ➢ 25 Tide Run <br /> o Construction Violations <br /> ■ Major violations discovered at site including working beyond <br /> marsh limits and past silt fences <br /> ■ Silt fences were down and the Assistant Agent investigated the <br /> issues <br /> ■ Contacted the project manager and contractor regarding <br /> unauthorized electrical work not on original plans <br /> ■ Previous limit of work had already failed <br /> ■ New limit of work installed and reinforced near dock area <br /> o Silt Fence Infrastructure Concerns <br /> ■ Ongoing issues with fabric silt screens/fences not holding up <br /> properly <br /> ■ Fences are getting knocked down during stoims and becoming <br /> debris <br /> ■ Discussion of alternative solutions like silt socks or wattles instead <br /> of current fencing <br /> ■ The Tide Run fence was practically non-existent and required <br /> complete reinstallation <br /> PUBLIC HEARING <br /> RDA <br /> 45 Manitoba Road, Martin T. & Debra L. Vajcovec <br /> ➢ Representative: Self <br /> Property Introduction & Safety Concerns <br /> • Recently moved in February 19,purchasing their son's former home <br /> • Primary concern is a tree on the left side of property causing severe foundation cracking <br /> due to extensive root system expansion <br /> • Tree is also hitting the side of the house and windows, creating additional safety hazards <br /> • Homeowners presented diagrams and pictures showing the cracked foundation as <br /> evidence <br /> Additional Tree Removal Requests <br /> • Large pine tree in back right coiner— starts at base and opens into two large pine trees, <br /> leaning toward house <br /> • Tree sustained branch damage in the recent storm and poses catastrophic risk if it falls <br /> • Back left corner tree removal requested to prevent future root issues and create an <br /> additional patio sitting area <br /> 3 <br />
