On March 24, 2025, Biria St. John and Elaina St. John <br /> Trustees of the Biria St. John Trust(the "Trust"), owner of the Property who was not named as a <br /> party, filed Biria St. John Trust, Biria St. John and Elaina St. John Trustees', Special Motion to <br /> Dismiss the Complaint of Michael Ciampi. Court treats this as a.motion to dismiss pursuant to <br /> Mass. R. Civ. P.12(b). See docket dated March 25, 2025. On April 7, 2025, Defendant filed <br /> Joinder of Defendant in Intervenor Biria St. John Trust's Motion to Dismiss, adopting and <br /> incorporating by reference all statements and arguments in the Trust's motion to dismiss.
