St. John, Trustees <br /> of the Biria St.John Trust requesting a Special Permit under§174-17.1 and §174-33 of the Zoning <br /> Bylaws to raze a pre-existing, nonconforming single-family residential structure and replace it <br /> with a new single-family residential structure on property at 17 Monomoscoy Road West located <br /> in the R-3 Zoning District, Map 114, Parcel 20,Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. <br /> Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in <br /> the Town of Mashpee, on November 8, 2024 and November 15, 2024 a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the provisions of <br /> Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A §9 and the Town of Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the request for a Special Permit Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday,December 11, 2024 at which time the following members of the Board of Appeals <br /> were present;Chairman,Ronald Bonvie,Board Members,Sharon Sangeleer,William A.Blaisdell, <br /> Jonathan Furbush, and Scott Goldstein. The hearing was continued until January 8, 2025 to allow <br /> time for the Board members to review the supplemental information regarding concerns of fire <br /> and emergency vehicle access, and revisions required to the site plan. <br /> On January 8, 2025, the continued hearing was opened, at which time the following members of <br /> the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout; Chairman, Ronald Bonvie, Board <br /> Members, Sharon Sangeleer, William A. Blaisdell, Jonathan Furbush, and Scott Goldstein. Also <br /> present was David Morris, Building Commissioner. <br /> Attorney Christopher Kirrane represented the homeowners requesting to raze and replace their <br /> single-family dwelling at 17 Monomoscoy Road West located in the R-3 Zoning District.
