<br />FinCom-Regular Session <br />June 5,2025 <br />N/A <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />1. Town Manager Updates-None <br />2. Review Last Town Meeting and Finance Committee Report <br />The meeting included a review of the last town meeting and the Finance Committee <br />report. Overall, it was agreed that the meeting went well. Finance Committee <br />members expressed satisfaction that the article regarding the police station passed <br />successfully. It was also observed that this meeting had the fewest questions for the <br />Finance Committee in some time. <br />3. Reorganize Finance Committee <br />Jamie Schuh made a nomination for Je?rey Pettengill to be Chair of the Finance <br />Committee <br />Richard Weiner seconded the nomination. <br />Je?rey Pettengill accepted the nomination, clarifying that he would assume the role <br />of Chair following the adjournment of the meeting. <br />Motion Passed 4-0. <br />Roll Call Vote <br />Jamie Schuh, yes; Je?rey Pettengill, yes; Richard Weiner, yes; Kieth Machado, yes. <br />Je?rey Pettengill nominated Jamie Schuh for Vice Chair of the Finance Committee. <br />Richard Weiner seconded the nomination. <br />Jamie Schuh accepted the nomination for Vice Chair of the Finance Committee. <br />Motion Passed 4-0. <br />Roll Call Vote <br />Jamie Schuh, yes; Je?rey Pettengill, yes; Richard Weiner, yes; Kieth Machado, yes. <br />The nomination and vote for Clerk were postponed ensuring fairness.
