Taylor <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />MOMENT OF SILENCE <br />MINUTES <br />Monday, June 9, 2025, Regular Session <br />JOINT MEETING WITH THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING TRUST-Brian Tobin, Town Planner <br />Brian Tobin, Town Planner, alongside Greg McKelvey and Richard Klein were welcomed by <br />the Select Board, followed by a discussion on the Barnstable County Shared Regional <br />Housing Services Program, which the Town has participated in for two years using federal <br />funding. The program brings together Cape Cod towns to discuss a?ordable housing issues <br />and provides consulting on town-specific needs. With federal funding ending June 30, the <br />Town plans to request CPC funds at a Special Town Meeting to continue the program. In the <br />meantime, interim grant support is expected on July 1, but gap funding is still needed. <br />Approximately $2,215 is needed to cover initial consulting costs. The program o?ers bi- <br />weekly planning meetings, project-specific consulting, and support for the Housing <br />Production Plan.
