Select Board Minutes June 9,2025 Meeting convened at 6:01 in Open Session by Chair Michaela Wyman-Colombo Mashpee Town Hall, Waquoit Meeting Room PRESENT: Selectperson Michaela Wyman-Colombo, Selectperson John Cotton, Selectperson Tracy Kelley-Willson, Selectperson Michael Richardson Town Manager Rodney C. Taylor PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE MOMENT OF SILENCE MINUTES Monday, June 9, 2025, Regular Session JOINT MEETING WITH THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING TRUST-Brian Tobin, Town Planner Brian Tobin, Town Planner, alongside Greg McKelvey and Richard Klein were welcomed by the Select Board, followed by a discussion on the Barnstable County Shared Regional Housing Services Program, which the Town has participated in for two years using federal funding. The program brings together Cape Cod towns to discuss a?ordable housing issues and provides consulting on town-speciﬁc needs. With federal funding ending June 30, the Town plans to request CPC funds at a Special Town Meeting to continue the program. In the meantime, interim grant support is expected on July 1, but gap funding is still needed. Approximately $2,215 is needed to cover initial consulting costs. The program o?ers bi- weekly planning meetings, project-speciﬁc consulting, and support for the Housing Production Plan. Annual renewal will be reviewed based on value and usage. Motion made by Richard Klien to fund the ﬁrst quarter of the Barnstable County Shared Regional Housing Services Program.
