Select Board
Minutes
May 19,2025
The Board discussed a request related to an event, previously approved for one date but now
seeking to extend additional events into June and July. There was some confusion regarding the
applicant’s absence from the meeting. While the group had received prior approval, members
expressed concerns about traffic, especially near the rotary, and preferred applicants be present
to answer questions. Board Member Wyman-Colombo clarified the proposed time for the event
was limited to 12–1 PM, and there were no prior issues with the group’s events. It was
suggested that the Board approve the first date and require the applicant to return for approval
of additional dates.
Motion made by Selectwoman Wyman-Colombo to table this event until further notice.
Motion seconded by Selectman Cotton.
Vote:5-0.
