MINUTES: <br /> The April 16, 2025 Minutes were presented and approved unanimously. <br /> 2. APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> No Public Comment. <br /> 3. COMMUNICATIONS AND CORRESPONDENCE: <br /> (1) Director's Report <br /> Report was distributed was distributed by Lori Nelson. Ms. Nelson reviewed the <br /> substantive content of the Report with the Committee. <br /> EIizabeth Kugell motioned to approve the Director's Report; seconded by Judith <br /> Scofield; unanimous vote in favor. <br /> (2) Treasurer's Report <br /> Treasurer's Report was distributed by Lori Nelson. Ms. Nelson reviewed the <br /> substantive content of the Report with the Committee.
