Town of Mashpee <br /> 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> r� g Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> JUNE 11, 2025 <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals held Public Hearings on Wednesday, June <br /> 11, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the Waquoit Room at the Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great <br /> Neck Road North. Chairman, Ronald Bonvie, Vice Chair, Sharon Sangeleer, <br /> Board Members Jonathan Furbush, William Blaisdell, Scott Goldstein, and <br /> Associate Members, George Ganzenmuller, Charles Reidy, and Robert Caggiano <br /> were present. Building Commissioner, David Morris was also present. <br /> Chairman Bonvie opened the meeting at 6:00 pm and announced that the <br /> hearings were being televised live on Mashpee TV. He will take comments after <br /> each hearing. <br /> 383 Mashpee Neck Road: Owners, William D. and Bridget M. Cotter request a <br /> Written Finding§174-17, and §174-33 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for a second <br /> floor addition and deck on property located in an R-3 Zoning District, Map 90, <br /> Parcel 58, Mashpee, MA. (Received request for withdrawal from Attorney). <br /> Mr. Reidy read the letter dated June 2, 2025 requesting to withdraw the <br /> application. <br /> Attorney Kirrane asked to withdraw the application because the application <br /> requires Conservation Commission approval. <br /> Mr. Reidy made a motion to accept the withdrawal approval without prejudice. <br /> Ms. Sangeleer second. All were in favor. <br /> 24 Seconsett Point Road: Owners, Joshua and Nicole Delman request a <br /> Variance under §174-31 (Land Space Requirements), and §174-33 (Setback to <br /> wetlands) of the Zoning Bylaws to vary the lot coverage and setback to wetlands <br /> to allow for construction of a single-family residence on property located in an <br /> R-3 Zoning District, Map 124, Parcel 35, Mashpee, MA. (Continued from <br /> 11/13124, 12/11/24, 118125, 2/12/25, 3112125, 4123125, and 5114125 at the <br /> request of the Attorney). <br />
