Select Board Minutes April 28,2025 Roll Call Vote Selectwoman Sherman-yes Selectman Weeden-yes Selectwoman Wyman-Colombo-yes Selectman Cotton-yes Selectman O’Hara-yes Public Hearing: Applications for Transfer of Alcoholic Beverages Licenses The Select Board acting as the Local Licensing Authority for the Town of Mashpee opened the Public Hearing by reading the application of transfer of alcoholic beverages licenses for the following establishments  Concert New Seabury, LLC dba New Seabury Country Club, 95 Shore Drive West, Annual All Alcoholic Club License  Concert New Seabury, LLC dba New Seabury Athletic Club and Pool, 60-80 Cross Street, Seasonal All Alcoholic Club License  Concert New Seabury, LLC dba The Lure, 236 Shore Drive, Seasonal All Alcoholic Restaurant License  Concert New Seabury, LLC dba Popponesset Inn, 252 Shore Drive, Seasonal All Alcoholic Hotel/Innkeeper License Attorney Joseph Devlin alongside Sean Moesman, was in attendance to discuss the licensing requests with the Select Board. Joseph Devlin summarized the transaction. It was noted that Concert Golf entered into a sale agreement to purchase Concert New Seabury LLC and not a lot of changes would be made in terms of operating personnel. With no comment from the public, the Select Board took the following action: Motion made by Selectman Cotton to close the public hearing. Motion seconded by Selectman O’Hara. Vote: 5-0. Unanimous Roll Call Vote Selectwoman Sherman-yes Selectman Weeden-yes Selectwoman Wyman-Colombo-yes Selectman Cotton-yes Selectman O’Hara-yes Motion made by Selectman Weeden to approve the transfer of liquor license from New Seabury Beach Club, LLC dba The Lure at Popponesset to Concert of New Seabury, LLC dba The Lure at Poponnesett as presented. Motion seconded by Selectman Cotton.
