<br />Select Board <br />Minutes <br />July 28,2025 <br /> <br /> <br />APPOINTMENTS & HEARINGS <br /> Public Hearing: Application for New Annual All Alcohol Beverages Restaurant <br />License at 51 Evergreen Circle, Mashpee – William Russell, Cape Pickle LLC dba Island <br />Pickle <br /> A public hearing was held in accordance with Massachusetts General Law Chapter <br />138, as the Select Board, acting as the local licensing authority, reviewed a Section 12 <br />Annual All Alcoholic Beverages License application submitted by Cape Pickle LLC, d/b/a <br />Island Pickle, represented by William Russell. The proposed establishment is a 10,000 sq. <br />ft. restaurant space integrated within a 22,000 sq. ft. indoor pickleball facility. Russell <br />clarified that no food or drink would be served in the pickleball area, which includes 10 <br />indoor courts. He presented materials including a business overview, member bios, and <br />additional facility information. Russell confirmed that all servers will be TIP-certified. In <br />response to questions from the Board, he confirmed that the liquor license is intended to <br />complement the food service operations, and live entertainment will be limited to the <br />tavern area, not the patio. No public comments were made. <br />Motion made by Selectman Richardson to close the public hearing. <br />Motion seconded by Selectman Cotton. <br />Vote: 5-0.
