<br />Select Board <br />Minutes <br />July 14,2025 <br /> <br />Selectman Cotton-abstention Selectman Richardson- yes <br />APPOINTMENTS & HEARINGS <br /> Public Hearing: Petition/WO #14A0TW2L dated March 17, 2025 from Verizon New <br />England, Inc. and NSTAR Electric Company dba Eversource Energy <br />The Selectboard opened the public hearing by reading the notice regarding Petition/WO <br />#14A0TW2L, dated March 17, 2025, submitted by Verizon New England, Inc. and NSTAR <br />Electric Company d/b/a Eversource Energy. The petition requests the relocation of one <br />existing jointly owned utility pole, identiļ¬ed as Pole #33/2, to the property line. <br />A representative from Verizon was present to respond to any questions. As there were no <br />comments from the public, the Selectboard proceeded with the following action: <br />Motion made by Selectman Cotton to close the public hearing. <br />Motion seconded by Selectman Richardson. <br />Vote: 4-0 <br />Roll Call Vote <br />Selectwoman Wyman-Colombo-yes <br />Selectman Weeden-yes <br />Selectman Cotton- yes Selectman Richardson- yes <br />Selectwoman Tracy Kelley-Wilson in attendance at 6:06 pm <br />Motion made by Selectman Cotton to move the pole as stated. <br />Motion seconded by Selectman Richardson <br />Vote: 4-0-1 <br />Roll Call Vote <br />Selectwoman Wyman-Colombo-yes <br />Selectman Weeden-yes <br />Selectman Cotton- yes Selectman Richardson- yes <br />Selectwoman Kelley-Wilson-abstention <br /> <br />
