MINUTES <br /> BOARD OF REGISTRARS <br /> Mashpee Town Hall- Town Clerk's Office <br /> 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> Monday, April 7, 2025 <br /> 5:15 P.M. —Town Clerk's Office, Mashpee Town Hall <br /> PRESENT: <br /> Board of Registrar members: Ernest Virgilio, Yvonne Courtney, Deborah Kaye, and <br /> Alexis Hanson. <br /> Candidates and family members: Jessica Colpitts, Judy Mooney, Greg McKelvey, <br /> Richard Klein, Karen Faulkner, Tracy Kelley (name changed to Wilson), Trish Kellinuii, <br /> Tim Dorsey, Lynne Barbee, Mike Richardson and Mary Jane Richardson, <br /> CALL TO ORDER: <br /> Yvonne made a motion to call the meeting to order at 5:15pm. Motion seconded by <br /> Ernest. <br /> MINUTES <br /> Ernest made a motion to accept. Alexis seconded the motion. It is unanimous vote to <br /> accept. <br /> Approval of Board of Registrars minutes from 11-14-2022. <br /> Approval of Board of Registrars minutes from 3-19-2024. <br /> Approval of Registrars recount minutes from 1-22-2025. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Lottery drawing is done to determine where each candidate will be placed on the Election <br /> Ballot for the Annual Town Election to be held on Saturday, May 10, 2025. <br /> 1" drawing is Select Board 3 years, Deb drew the names <br /> 1st position-Mike Richardson <br /> 2nd position-Tim Dorsey <br /> 2nd drawing is Select Board 2 years, Alexis drew the names <br /> ist position- A. Greg McKelvey <br /> 2nd position-Tracy Kelley <br /> 3`d drawing is for Library Trustee 3 years, Yvonne drew the names <br /> 1st position- Kate Milde <br /> 2nd position- Mary LeClair <br /> Deborah announced to the group that Jessica Colpitts from the Clerk's Office would be <br /> running for the Town Clerk position unopposed, so no drawing is necessary since she is <br /> the only candidate. <br />
