Town of Mashpee 16 Great Neck Road North Mashpee, MA 02649 a YdMUVV ethyi`k MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS MEETING MINUTES JULY 23, 2025 The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals held Public Hearings on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the Waquoit Room at the Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great Neck Road North. Chairman, Ronald Bonvie, Board Members Jonathan D. Furbush, Scott Goldstein, Sharon Sangeleer, and Associate Members, George Ganzenmuller, and Charles Reidy, were present. Building Commissioner, David Morris was also present. Chairman Bonvie opened the meeting at 6:00 pm and announced that the hearings were being televised live on Mashpee TV. He will take comments after each hearing. 55 Redwood Circle: Owners, Edward D. and Rudite E. Pilpel request a Written Finding under §174-17 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for an addition on the right front side of a pre-existing nonconforming structure, and reconfiguring of an existing deck on property located in an R-5 Zoning District, Map 27, Parcel 97, Mashpee, MA. (Received letter dated July 15, 2025 from Attorney requesting a continuance of petition.) Sitting on this hearing were the four regular Board members and Mr. Ganzenmuller. Attorney Kirrane requested a continuance until Wednesday, September 10, 2025. The application has a meeting with the Conservation Commission. Chairman Bonvie asked for a motion to accept the continuance. Mr. Furbush so moved. Mr. Ganzenmuller second. All were in favor. 29 Jeep Place: Owners, Hans E. and Sarah J. Brings, Trustees of the HAB Realty Trust request a Written Finding under §174-17 of the Zoning Bylaws to raze and replace the existing foundation only and lift the existing house and place it back on the new foundation on property located in the R-3 and Popponesset Overlay District, Map 118, Parcel 109, Mashpee, MA. Sitting on this hearing are the three regular Board members, Mr. Ganzenmuller, and Mr. Reidy.
