Town of Mashpee <br /> 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> a <br /> YdMUVV ethyi`k <br /> MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> JULY 23, 2025 <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals held Public Hearings on Wednesday, July <br /> 23, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the Waquoit Room at the Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great <br /> Neck Road North. Chairman, Ronald Bonvie, Board Members Jonathan D. <br /> Furbush, Scott Goldstein, Sharon Sangeleer, and Associate Members, George <br /> Ganzenmuller, and Charles Reidy, were present. Building Commissioner, David <br /> Morris was also present. <br /> Chairman Bonvie opened the meeting at 6:00 pm and announced that the <br /> hearings were being televised live on Mashpee TV. He will take comments after <br /> each hearing. <br /> 55 Redwood Circle: Owners, Edward D. and Rudite E. Pilpel request a Written <br /> Finding under §174-17 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for an addition on the right <br /> front side of a pre-existing nonconforming structure, and reconfiguring of an <br /> existing deck on property located in an R-5 Zoning District, Map 27, Parcel 97, <br /> Mashpee, MA. (Received letter dated July 15, 2025 from Attorney <br /> requesting a continuance of petition.) <br /> Sitting on this hearing were the four regular Board members and Mr. <br /> Ganzenmuller. <br /> Attorney Kirrane requested a continuance until Wednesday, September 10, <br /> 2025. The application has a meeting with the Conservation Commission. <br /> Chairman Bonvie asked for a motion to accept the continuance. Mr. Furbush so <br /> moved. Mr. Ganzenmuller second. All were in favor. <br /> 29 Jeep Place: Owners, Hans E. and Sarah J. Brings, Trustees of the HAB <br /> Realty Trust request a Written Finding under §174-17 of the Zoning Bylaws to <br /> raze and replace the existing foundation only and lift the existing house and <br /> place it back on the new foundation on property located in the R-3 and <br /> Popponesset Overlay District, Map 118, Parcel 109, Mashpee, MA. <br /> Sitting on this hearing are the three regular Board members, Mr. Ganzenmuller, <br /> and Mr. Reidy. <br />
