The document is available at <br /> hppts://apcc.org/stormwater-management-at-public-boat-ramps <br /> Paul noted on page 7 that the Mashpee-Wakeby Pond Boat Ramp Design <br /> Site Plan was 100%complete and the next step will be funding for <br /> construction and completion. <br /> Paul also noted that the document referenced a link to design details and <br /> that the design did not appear to include any docks or other means of <br /> boarding boats after launching <br /> • Paul took an action to look into this further. <br /> o Barbara submitted a copy of the Mashpee River Fishway Dam Alternatives <br /> Matrix developed by Tighe&Bond <br /> The matrix outlined pros and cons of the removal vs.rehabilitation of the <br /> Dam at Mill Pond <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> ➢ 4tn of July Activities review <br /> o Barbara suggested that the activities on the lake were quieter this year <br /> ➢ Mashpee-Wakeby Cyanobacteria Status <br /> o Paul noted that Mashpee and Wakeby waters were safe for swimming per APCC <br /> assessment. APCC updates a map of Cape Cod and identifies the Cyanobacteria <br /> status of major fresh waters. That map is available at the following link: <br /> htpps://apcc.org/our-work/science/community-science/cyanobacteria/#map <br /> ➢ Save Mashpee Wakeby Pond Alliance Boat Parade <br /> o The Alliance held its annual boat parade and meeting in Mashpee& Wakeby ponds <br /> hosted at Camp Farley on Saturday July 19, 2025 <br /> Festivities included swimming,non motorized and motorized vessels and <br /> concluded with sandwiches,treats and drinks at Camp Farley <br /> Approximately 60 people attended the annual Alliance meeting which was <br /> conducted by Sue Dangle. Attendees included Michaela Wyman Colombo, <br /> David Weeden, Andrew Gottlieb, Lynn Barbee,Ashley Fisher and Jared <br /> Meader <br /> Ashley Fisher discussed the health of the ponds and stated that studies are <br /> ongoing. Bouys will be installed and upload data to be analyzed. ALUM <br /> treatment will be applied to Wakeby and water quality will be monitored by the <br /> 2 <br />
