MINUTES: <br /> The June 11, 2025 Minutes were presented and approved unanimously. <br /> 2. APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> No Public Comment. <br /> 3, COMMUNICATIONS AND CORRESPONDENCE: <br /> (1) Director's Report <br /> Report was distributed was distributed by Heidi McLaughlin. Ms. McLaughlin <br /> reviewed the substantive content of the Report with the Committee. <br /> Rachel Hodgman motioned to approve the Director's Report; seconded by Judith <br /> Scofield; unanimous vote in favor. <br /> (2) Treasurer's Report <br /> Treasurer's Report was distributed by Heidi McLaughlin. Ms. McLaughlin reviewed <br /> the substantive content of the Report with the Committee. Sherry Norman motioned to <br /> approve the Treasurer's Report; seconded by Judith Scofield;unanimous vote in favor. <br /> (3) Outreach Coordinator's Report <br /> Report was distributed by Lori Nelson.
