She will send <br />a resignation letter to the Select Board, and once the process is complete, the Trustees will <br />discuss how to proceed. A joint appointment will be made with both the Trustees and Select <br />Board. <br /> <br />st <br />Ann Macdonald presented on April 21 for the “A Day in the Life” segment. Former member <br />Joan Lyons helped with the Friends piece and Ruth Nickerson helped with Hoopla. They are <br />going to look into other locations for more advocacy presentations. <br /> <br />The Mini golf event held over April school vacation brought 115 kids and parents, it was a nice <br />event raising $900.00. <br /> <br />The endowment account will be changing banks to Cape Cod Five. <br /> <br />The Friends are planning another author event in October and are currently looking at <br />locations and ideas for authors. <br /> <br />LIBRARY POLICY UPDATES & DISCUSSION <br />Law Enforcement <br />The Library Director sent the Town Manager copies of two examples; it was decided simple <br />and direct is more effective. With no objections, the Library Director recommended a vote be <br />taken on the proposed policy. <br />MOTION: <br />3 <br /> <br /> <br />
