No work proposed. <br /> <br /> Mrs. Thornbrugh asked about a Ch. 91 license. Agent explained that a Ch.91 license is <br /> <br /> <br /> required; however, the applicant must attain local approval first prior to applying for a <br /> <br /> Ch.91 license. Additional question about allowable maintenance on the dock.
