Many members requested some time to look at all three <br /> sets of minutes. Chair Russell suggested to hold voting at the previous meeting minutes until the next <br /> CPC meeting in September 2025. <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS <br /> None Discussed <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> October Town Meeting Warrant: Vote to reserve FY 2026 appropriations <br /> CPA Funds—Set-Asides <br /> Voting on the set-asides for CPA(Community Preservation Act) funds ahead of the October 20, 2025, <br /> town meeting. The finance director had provided figures showing that the 10% allocations amounted to <br /> $136,445 each, with a budgeted reserve fund of$905,108. <br /> However, Ms. Wyman-Colombo raised some concerns because the numbers presented at a Select Board <br /> meeting were incorrect. Discussion followed about whether the current numbers were accurate. The <br /> committee calculated that 10% of the total appropriation ($1,314,443) did not exactly equal $136,445, <br /> suggesting a discrepancy of about$1,100.
