Mr. Tobin affirmed. <br /> After thorough discussion, the Committee agreed that participation would give Mashpee both <br /> immediate technical support and long-term positioning in the regional housing landscape <br /> MOTION: To recommend the project to support the Regional Housing Services Contract for <br /> $9,235.00 from the Affordable Housing Designated Fund and recommendation to Town Meeting. <br /> Motion by: Arden Russell Seconded by: Lynne Barbee <br /> Vote: Motion passed by unanimous vote. <br /> UPDATE MAY TOWN MEETING <br /> • Town Meeting Outcome: Chair Russell reported that all six CPC-sponsored projects passed <br /> at the most recent Town Meeting. <br /> • Regional Examples: Ms. Barbee shared observations from a recent visit to Spring Bar Road in <br /> Falmouth, where a community center and affordable apartments demonstrated how integrated <br /> projects could serve multiple community needs. Ms. Waygan added that Falmouth's success has <br /> been supported by the Falmouth Housing Corporation, underscoring the importance of having <br /> dedicated housing partnerships. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Nothing to be discussed. <br /> COMMUNICATIONS & CORRESPONDENCE <br /> Nothing to be discussed. <br /> ADDITIONAL TOPICS <br /> • Town Report: Ms. Barbee noted that the CPC Report was not included in the 2024 Town <br /> Report. Ms. Waygan confirmed that an addendum can be issued to correct this omission. <br /> • Ongoing Projects: <br /> o Chair Russell noted that a Waterways grant for dredging evaluation remains pending and <br /> should be monitored. <br /> o Ms. Barbee agreed to follow up with the Town Manager regarding the 475 Nathan Ellis <br /> Highway property. Ms. Wyman-Colombo shared that she had already spoken with the <br /> Town Manager, who is exploring legal options for the site. <br /> • Member Terms: Chair Russell reminded members that CPC terms expire June 30, 2025. Ms. <br /> Waygan noted that updated term information should be sent to the Town Administrator's Office. <br />
