The Pledge of <br /> Allegiance was recited. A moment was taken to honor State Representative Matthew Patrick. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES-July 16, 2025 <br /> Ms. Faulkner asked the Town Planner to elaborate on his suggested edits, he noted they were <br /> minor clarifying comments. <br /> MOTION: <br /> Mr. Milbury made a motion to accept the meeting minutes of July 16, 2025 as <br /> amended. Seconded by Mr. Balzarini. All in favor. <br /> BOARD ENGINEER REPORT <br /> Project Reviews and Inspections <br /> Mashpee Commons <br /> There is a fence around the new development off Jobs Fishing Road and site work has begun. <br /> Mr. Pesce met the crew at the work site today; he will be on site again tomorrow as they install <br /> drainage and sewer next. <br /> Island Pickle <br /> The framework of the building is up. Today he spoke with Pastore Excavation who will be <br /> doing a full major infiltration system underground and installing chambers over the next few <br /> days. <br /> 1 <br />
