Nlrs. Judy MacDougall-yes Ms. Russell-yes So convened to an Executive Session. Application Returning to open session,Ms. Russell outlined the particulars of the Barnstable County SRHS Program, In 2023,Barnstable County established a pilot Shared Regional Housing Services Program funded via the County ARPA grant. The allocation provided for a two-year pilot program,which will sunset on June 30, 2025. Ms. Waygan provided a detailed explanation of the benefits of continuing the partnership and its associated costs. The topic was for discussion purposes only and did not require any action. Properties for Sale The Community Preservation Committee reviews applications submitted by Town bodies and citizens for funding projects involving the acquisition, creation, and preservation of open space, for the acquisition and preservation of historic resources; for the acquisition, creation and preservation of land for recreational use; for the creation,preservation and support of community housing; and for rehabilitation or restoration of such open space,historic resources, land for recreational use and community housing. The Committee is always looking for new properties to acquire to meet these goals, and the group discussed several potential properties that might be suitable for such purposes, going over the pros and cons of each. NEW BUSINESS CPC Staffing: New Board Secretary The CPC members welcomed the new Board Secretary, Gina Gonsalves. Mr. Hyde presented a letter of appreciation for Kathy Soares,the Committee's previous secretary, for the members to review. It was a consensus that the letter be sent to show appreciation for Ms. Soare's outstanding work as Board Secretary. MOTION: TO ADJOURN THE MEETING AT 7:32 PM The motion was made by MR. HYDE.
