Kapinos. <br /> Paul was the president and founder of PK Valuation, the Town of Mashpee's appraisal <br /> vendor since the 1990's. Mr. Gibbons attend the services and said that he will keep the <br /> Assessors informed regarding the future direction of the appraisal firm.
