Town of Mashpee Conservation Commission
wow 16 Great Neck Road North
Mashpee, MA 02649
can be raised. With that condition met, the Order of Conditions for
89 Bluff Avenue will be deliberated and issued at the September 18 meeting.
Commissioners reiterated that the design changes, particularly the pier foundation and
nitrogen-reducing septic system, represent an overall environmental improvement and
compliance with floodplain requirements.
MOTION: To close the public hearing for 89 Bluff Avenue and
defer deliberations until September 18, 2025, pending the
applicant's submittal of a waiver for Regulation 25.7( c) at which
point deliberations will occur to determine whether to issue the
permit for the project.
Discussion: The hearing would be closed, deliberations would
take place on September 18, 2025, and no further applicant
participation would be necessary.
