The Pledge <br /> of Allegiance was recited. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES-September 3, 2025 <br /> MOTION: <br /> Mr. Balzarini made a motion to approve the meeting minutes of September 3, 2025 <br /> as presented. Seconded by Mr. Milbury. All in favor. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING — 6:40PM <br /> Applicant: New Seabury Homes LLC <br /> Location: 7.03 Acres situated off the western sideline of Great Oak Road between <br /> Red Brook Road and Sipps Road.
