MINUTES: <br /> The August 13, 2025 Minutes were presented by Chairman Egel, Elizabeth Kugell <br /> motioned to approve the Minutes; seconded by Sherry Norman; approved <br /> unanimously. <br /> 2. APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> No Public Comment. <br /> 3. COMMUNICATIONS AND CORRESPONDENCE: <br /> (1) Director's Rem <br /> Report was distributed was distributed by Heidi McLaughlin. Ms. McLaughlin <br /> reviewed the substantive content of the Report with the Committee. <br /> Sherry Norman motioned to approve the Director's Report; seconded by Christine <br /> Perrault;unanimous vote in favor. <br /> (2) Treasurer's Report <br /> An updated Treasurer's Report was not provided and therefore, was not reviewed or <br /> approved by the Board. It will be addressed at the October meeting. <br /> (3) Outreach Coordinator's Report <br /> Report was distributed by Lori Nelson. Ms.Nelson reviewed the substantive content of <br /> the Report with the Committee. <br /> Rachel Hodgman motioned to approve the Outreach Coordinator's Report; seconded <br /> by James Loew;unanimous vote in favor. <br /> (4) Activity Coordinator's Rep <br /> Report was distributed by Heidi McLaughlin.
