Select Board <br />October 6, 2025 <br />Minutes <br /> <br />noted that the group should proceed quickly in order to submit a CPC application before <br />the November 11 deadline. <br />Greg McKelvey asked for a list of parcels that could be acted on quickly. Taylor <br />identified several sites with potential, including: <br /> 209 Old Barnstable Road (shovel-ready), <br />Commercial Street, if the town takes the lead, and <br />Sampson Mill Road, which has several acres that are not yet ready for <br />development. <br />Sparkes added that additional properties noted in the Housing Production Plan (HPP) <br />may be available. <br />Chair Wyman-Colombo concluded that the committee would move forward with <br />preparing a CPC application and reconvening to continue discussions on forming a <br />501(c)(3).
