Structural Inspection Report(Weston& Sampson) <br /> Overview of Findings <br /> • Date Memorandum Delivered: November 3, 2025 <br /> • Scope: Detailed structural assessment of the facility, focusing on the main tipping bay <br /> building, roof, floor, frame, exterior walls, office building, and the rail car bay building. <br /> • Major Findings: <br /> o Main Tipping Bay Building: <br /> • Damage evident to the roof and main frame, likely caused by a previous <br /> fire and/or equipment impact. <br /> • Notable buckling of purlins and main frame components observed, <br /> reducing the building's structural integrity. <br />
