MEETING MINUTES <br /> ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 8, 2025 <br /> Mr. Caggiano read the Conservation Department comments dated September 23, 2025 into the <br /> record; "Resource Areas: LSCSF. Notice of Intent application was approved with a 3:1 due to IA <br /> septic upgrade, drywell installation, and mitigation plantings over the required amount with <br /> planting of six trees. Concerns over removal of native vegetation for proposed garage addition <br /> was approved due to overall improvements onsite. " <br /> Mr. Morizio read the Board of Health comments dated October 8, 2025 into the record; "Plans <br /> show 3 bedroom, septic design for 3 bedroom must be submitted to Health Departmentfor official <br /> review before building permit is issued. For Zoning BOH has no issues. House is in Zone II and <br /> cannot add more than the existing 3 bedrooms (no door on "Workout"room). " <br /> Mr. Bonvie asked Mr. Luff the reason for the fast system for the drainage system instead of a <br /> sledgehammer style system. Mr. Luff said that there are two different engineers. Mr. Bonvie has <br /> concerns with the high water table located in this area. He wants to know if the lot will support the <br /> dry wells. <br /> Attorney Kirrane commented that the engineer designed the system to his recommendation. Mr. <br /> Bonvie wanted to know which design standards the engineer created; DEP or NOAA and for how <br /> many storm years. <br /> Attorney Kirrane suggested that a condition could be made to include storm water management <br /> calculations. <br /> Mr. Bonvie suggested to the Board that a condition be added to the motion that the drainage <br /> calculations be submitted for review by the Chair, unless there's an issue that will not satisfy <br /> anyone. <br /> Mr. Furbush suggested that any properties within the flood zone, the applicant should provide <br /> drainage calculations. <br /> There were no other comments from the Board or audience. <br /> Mr. Bonvie asked for a motion to close the public hearing. Mr. Furbush so moved. <br /> Mr. Bonvie asked for a motion for the application. <br /> Mr. Furbush made a motion that the Board approve the Written Finding for 19 Uncle Henry's <br /> Road with the following conditions: <br /> 11 <br />
