MEETING MINUTES <br /> ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 8, 2025 <br /> OTHER BUSINESS <br /> ➢ Beals and Thomas to discuss peer review recommendations. <br /> Mr. Bonvie mentioned to the Board that Beals and Thomas were highly recommended to provide <br /> engineering peer review services. <br /> Mr. David LaPointe introduced himself who is a registered landscape architect and principal, and <br /> Dan Gagny, a registered professional engineer with Beals and Thomas. He presented the Board <br /> with background information of the company, and handed out a pamphlet that describes their <br /> detailed engineering services. <br /> Mr. Bonvie asked specific questions and concerns regarding certain projects that the Board does not <br /> feel comfortable approving due to lack of professional support that is not readily available to them, <br /> and protection for the Town. <br /> Mr. Bonvie and the Board members agreed that they would be an asset to provide engineering <br /> services and will help the Community. The Board will be contacting them for future projects. <br /> ➢ 2026 Meeting Schedule <br /> Mr.Furbush made a motion that the Board approve the 2026 meeting schedule.Mr.Bonvie second. <br /> All were in favor. <br /> Mr. Furbush made a motion that the Board approve the September 10, 2025 meeting minutes. Mr. <br /> Morizio second. All were in favor. <br /> Mr. Furbush made a motion to adjourn. Mr. Bonvie second. All were in favor.
