Unanimous. <br />Roll Call Vote: <br />Ms. Russell, yes Ms. Waygan, yes Ms. Barbee, yes Mr. Klein, yes <br />Ms. Wyman-Colombo, yes Ms. Godfrey, yes Mrs. MacDougall, yes <br />Mr. Schmuhl, yes Opposed, none <br /> <br />COMMUNICATIONS & CORRESPONDENCE <br /> <br />CPC Invoices for Execution by Chair: <br /> <br />Pirates Cove Boat Ramp – Recording Fee for Chapter 91 License: $735,00 <br />Pickerel Cove Road/Pickerel Cove Circle – Appraisal Fee: $4,000 <br /> <br />LIAISON ASSIGNMENTS <br /> <br />Breezy Acres Roofs, Siding & Windows Project: <br /> <br />Rehabilitation work has commenced at the affordable housing site referenced as Breezy Acres <br />located off of Old Barnstable Road, Mashpee. The May 2022 CPA project in the amount of <br />$264,893 is planned to fund roof replacement, siding and windows, all in disrepair and original <br />to the 1990 building. <br /> <br />CPC funds were used to leverage grant funds from the Department of Housing & Community <br />Development (DHCD) for the $327,393 project. <br /> <br />
